Electricity
The Mississippi River Inland Port Complex (MRIPC) sits at the intersection of Entergy Mississippi’s robust transmission network. Located just south of a recently decommissioned electric generation facility, it is connected to an established transmission grid system that runs throughout the property and connects to a 500 kV switchyard north of the site. With multiple transmission voltage levels present in and around the Complex, large industrial users can take advantage of inherent reliability and significant capacity from existing infrastructure.
Natural Gas
An existing 4-inch line is located on the MRIPC ensuring a reliable and efficient supply of gas provided by the City of Vicksburg. Additionally, two interstate 42 inch gas lines belonging to Boardwalk Gas are located north of the site, offering an option for direct service and future expansion for large consuming industrial tenants.
Water & Sewer
The MRIPC is conveniently located adjacent to a 12-inch and an 8-inch water line managed by the City of Vicksburg along U.S. Highway 61. The site offers robust water infrastructure with current excess capacity of 4.5 million gallons per day (MGD). A 16-inch sewage line runs along the eastern edge of the site providing efficient access to the City Sewage system which has 8 MGD of available capacity.
